I had a great experience with Access Storage at the Leslie & Lesmill location (just off Duncan Mill Rd). The staff—especially A & M—were incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire facility is impressively clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the daily floor cleaning by the friendly janitorial staff—always done with a smile! 😃🧹✨
I was surprised to learn it takes him at least four hours a day to do it—amazing work! 👍

The building itself used to be a warehouse, which means there’s a wide range of unit sizes and layouts to choose from, spread across two spacious floors 🏢⬆️⬇️. The facility is climate-controlled 🌡️❄️ and equipped with energy-saving motion-sensor lighting 💡🚶—efficient and super practical, especially during late-night visits 🌙🕓.
There’s a drive-up carport 🚗🛑 to keep your vehicle out of the weather, and a glass-enclosed garage for easy loading and unloading 🚪📦. I really appreciated the variety of free dollies 🛒—from handrail styles to flatbeds and shelf carts—perfect for items of all shapes and sizes. Elevators and stairs are available, and everything is clearly marked for smooth navigation 🗺️🧭.
24-hour access ⏰🔑 made everything even more convenient, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing my belongings were stored in a secure, spotless, and temperature-controlled environment 🔐🧼. Bonus: there’s a FedEx and Purolator depot 📫📦 right across the street—super handy for shipping or pickups. The location is also close to both York Mills and Don Mills, which makes access a breeze 🚲🚘🧍.

Just rented a storage unit here recently. Ashley was super friendly and helpful in setting me up with exactly what I needed, close to the entrance. She was also great in showing me around and making sure I had any information I needed/ensured that my access code worked and I knew how to input it. Very happy with my decision going with Access Storage; the 24 hour access is ideal, and it’s a huge, clean, monitored location. If you’re looking to stash your stuff somewhere safe and affordable, I highly recommend this place.

**Edit: We had pleasure of working with Bharti, the Store Manager, who was exceptionally courteous, kind and helpful in answering our questions and assisting us in finding the perfect unit to store our belongings. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and very well maintained. We also appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of Nick, the Assistant Manager, and Ashely, who both provided excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for reliable and professional storage solutions.
