Alicia and Jason were excellent. They were very clear explaining the contract, due dates, terms and policies. I changed my mind from second floor reservation and they found me and main level unit. Process was quick and seamless and they had great energy. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience with Alicia at this location. Firstly, she seemed very disinterested in her job and was very rude to me, for no reason. Since I was using Access Storage services for the first time, I wanted to understand certain things and all the responses I got were very sarcastic and lowkey racist. I don’t know if she has any kind of grudge against Indians because there is no reason for her to be rude. She definitely needs customer service lessons and I can ensure that the company will miss out on a lot of potential business because of employees like her. Never coming to this location again!

Staff at Access Storage is super friendly and helpful. Forgot his name. But my memory told me that he is call Jason? Or anyway, he does have passion in work and making the storage clean and tidy

Natasha and her collegue were extremely helpful and friendly. They got me the storage locker I required but also were so quick to Give me a refund when it turned out I no longer required the unit. Extremely friendly and excellent experience. Thanks, ladies !
