My son and I recently rented a 12x20 storage unit at this StorageMart location. Before making our decision, we thoroughly researched and compared more than half a dozen storage facilities in the area. While pricing, unit sizes, and accessibility were important factors, what ultimately set this StorageMart apart was the exceptional customer service.
General Manager Hamid was absolutely outstanding. From our very first interaction, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on understanding our needs. I've been using Storage Mart located at 875 Don Mills Road for many years, and I've always had a great experience. It's clean, well-maintained, secure, and easy to access. The customer service is outstanding. The staff team are always friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, they've gone above the beyond to make the process easy and stress free. I gave this facility 5 stars.

StorageMart is an excellent, clean, and well-maintained facility conveniently located with easy access from major roads. The locker sizes, layouts, and pricing are superior to any comparable storage facilities we researched.

I had a great experience with this StorageMart. The staff, Hamid was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. The location is convenient and easy to access, which made moving in and out very simple. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. In all my years of being in Canada, I have never met anyone as helpful and kind as Hamid, the general manager at this branch. He is the kindest, most caring human. He helped me move in to my storage unit almost a year ago, answered all my questions, and was there to help me with moving out as well. Excellent customer service, pleasant and genuine attitude. Hamid’s passion and dedication to his work restores my faith in humanity, truly such a blessing to have such people help you out during stressful times like moving in and out. If you are looking for any storage options at all, without a doubt you should choose the Don Mills Storage Mart branch solely because of Hamid. Easy access to units, dolly available, building and driveway secured with passcodes, pleasant and helpful staff, and clean spaces. Thank you Hamid once again for all your help! God bless.
