Excellent experience at this location from start to finish. The General Manager, Hamid, was outstanding, polite, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful at every stage. He answered all my questions clearly and made what could have been a stressful part of my move completely painless.
The facility itself is well kept. My storage unit was clean and in great condition, and the whole process of getting moved in went smoothly.
What really stood out was that Hamid followed up with me after the move to let me know my movers had been spending time at the facility that I was being billed for. He had no obligation to do that, and it saved me money. That's the kind of attention to a customer's interests you rarely see.
Highly recommend this location. Five stars, and thank you Hamid.

I've been using Storage Mart located at 875 Don Mills Road for many years, and I've always had a great experience. It's clean, well-maintained, secure, and easy to access. The customer service is outstanding. The staff team are always friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, they've gone above the beyond to make the process easy and stress free. I gave this facility 5 stars.

I had a great experience renting a storage locker at this location. The general manager, Hamid, was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He went above and beyond by helping me arrange my locker rental even after the posted office hours, which I really appreciated.
Hamid was also patient in answering all of my questions and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage. Thanks again, Hamid!

In all my years of being in Canada, I have never met anyone as helpful and kind as Hamid, the general manager at this branch. He is the kindest, most caring human. He helped me move in to my storage unit almost a year ago, answered all my questions, and was there to help me with moving out as well. Excellent customer service, pleasant and genuine attitude. Hamid’s passion and dedication to his work restores my faith in humanity, truly such a blessing to have such people help you out during stressful times like moving in and out. If you are looking for any storage options at all, without a doubt you should choose the Don Mills Storage Mart branch solely because of Hamid. Easy access to units, dolly available, building and driveway secured with passcodes, pleasant and helpful staff, and clean spaces. Thank you Hamid once again for all your help! God bless.

I have to say this — StorageMart is hands down one of the best storage facilities you can choose for yourself.
Do yourself a favour and go with StorageMart for your storage needs. I genuinely mean that.
There are two big reasons:
1. The service is exceptional. Regardless of the location, these guys truly go above and beyond for their customers. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve, and that makes a huge difference.
2. This particular location is something special. The manager will go out of his way to help you. He will do everything possible to find a solution, work within your budget, and make the services accessible so you can get what you need without feeling pressured or dismissed.
Trust me when I say this — when your belongings or your car are stored with StorageMart, it genuinely feels like they are still at home. You have that peace of mind knowing they are in good hands.
