I've been using Storage Mart located at 875 Don Mills Road for many years, and I've always had a great experience. It's clean, well-maintained, secure, and easy to access. The customer service is outstanding. The staff team are always friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, they've gone above the beyond to make the process easy and stress free. I gave this facility 5 stars.

Great experience! The manager, Hamid, was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to show me around, explain everything clearly, and helped me find the right storage space for what I needed.
The facility is extremely clean and honestly doesn’t feel like your average storage place. They even have nice jazz music playing.
They’re also offering a 3-month discount right now, which is a great bonus. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend them!

I had a really positive experience at StorageMart, largely because of Hamid, the General Manager. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process.
He took the time to explain how everything worked, including how to access and open the doors when I was confused, showed me to my locker, and even allowed me to pull my car closer to make unloading easier. He also offered to help me unload, which I thought was very thoughtful.
Hamid made the whole experience feel simple, welcoming, and stress-free. His level of customer service genuinely stood out to me, and having someone like him managing the location makes me feel confident about keeping my storage locker there. He was excellent and absolutely deserves recognition!
