I checked into this self-storage facility today and had such a great experience. Hamid was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely courteous from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free.
It’s not often you come across customer service this friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a clean, well-run storage facility with great staff!

I had a great experience with this storage facility in Wynfird. Hamid, the owner, is the best — very communicative, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The facility is well maintained and secure. Highly recommend!

Hamid was very helpful and friendly, I showed up looking for a unit rental and he showed me the options being thorough in finding out what my needs were. He recommended a unit, went over the deal and signed paperwork quickly. Very good customer service.

I visited this location in person a few weeks ago and was welcomed by a staff member named Hamid. Let me just say, he was the only reasonable person I spoke to that entire day. I had called multiple storage facilities beforehand, and every single one of them seemed more interested in pushing me to hand over my credit card than actually answering my questions. A lot of places also advertise misleading prices online, which made the process even more frustrating.
Walking into this office was a completely different experience. Hamid was knowledgeable, patient, and never overbearing. He didn’t pressure me for payment information; instead, he took the time to explain everything clearly. Because of his professionalism, this company ultimately earned my business.
He helped me arrange the unit smoothly, and I found their pricing to be fair and straightforward. Overall, I’m very happy I chose this location and highly recommend speaking with Hamid if you’re looking for honest and helpful service
