It’s not often you come across customer service this friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a clean, well-run storage facility with great staff!

StorageMart is an excellent, clean, and well-maintained facility conveniently located with easy access from major roads. The locker sizes, layouts, and pricing are superior to any comparable storage facilities we researched.

My son and I recently rented a 12x20 storage unit at this StorageMart location. Before making our decision, we thoroughly researched and compared more than half a dozen storage facilities in the area. While pricing, unit sizes, and accessibility were important factors, what ultimately set this StorageMart apart was the exceptional customer service.
General Manager Hamid was absolutely outstanding. From our very first interaction, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on understanding our needs. I had a wonderful experience here and was impressed by how well this facility is run. The property is very clean, organized, and maintained with great care.
What stood out most, however, was the level of customer service. I had the opportunity to speak with the general manager, Mr. Hamid Hashmi, during my visit, and he was incredibly welcoming, generous with his time, and very kind. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes that much genuine interest in helping people and making their experience a positive one.
This location is managed with pride and a strong commitment to excellent service. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, well-run storage space with outstanding customer service. Thank you!

I had a great experience at this storage location. The manager, Hamid, was extremely patient and understanding of our situation. What I appreciated most was his honesty—he gave genuine advice and an honest opinion, even when it wasn’t about making a sale.
